●Notification: The laser source will lose some power gradually after a long-time of working, it is a common phenomenon. We do not recommend customers to run the laser source at full power for long-time, it is recommended to run the laser source around 80%~85% of power in most condition which can make the lifespan of the laser source longer.
●The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
（1）Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
（2）Use of components not approved by Cloudray.
（3）Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.), power surges, or improper power supply.
（4）Failure to maintain or clean the parts as per the recommended guidelines.
（5）Products that have been tampered with or have had their serial numbers removed or altered.
●Any and all Cloudray limited warranties will NOT be applied or upheld on the specific machine parts listed below, since they are metal processing parts, there is no actual possibility of malfunction:
